Please join us to meet with your legislators to advocate for CCAP Funding and learn more about issues that impact early childhood education during the 2025 Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature!

We need volunteers to man (or woman) the CCAL Exhibit Table in the Rotunda, 1st floor of the Louisiana State Capitol.

The shifts are from 9:00 AM - 12 Noon or 1:00 till 2:30 PM

We have lunch scheduled at Lieutenant Governor Billy Nungesser's Apartment at the Pentagon Barracks from 11:30 AM till 1:00 PM.  It is within walking distance of the Louisiana State Capitol.

Let us know what hour(s) you are available to sit at the CCAL Exhibit Table and give promotional materials to the public, including state lawmakers.  

Parking Suggestions:  River Road across from the Pentagon Barracks.

Schedule:

9:00 AM Arrive at Louisiana State Capitol and meet in the Rotunda,  1st Floor 

9:30 AM   Attend Committee Hearings 

11:30 AM   Lunch at the Pentagon Barracks - Lieutenant Governor's Apartment
